Eliptical Halftone brushes

I made these brushes because I was not happy with most of the halftone brushes that are available. There brushes are made from scans of printed halftones that have a true elliptical dot shape. Most halftone brushes are generated from within Photoshop by using the “Filter|Pixelate|Color halftone” function. This produces a round dot. Printed material is usually rendered with elliptical dots which join along one axis which produces smoother tonal transitions than square or round dots.

This is my first effort at making brushes. I hope that they will be useful in creating true halftone effects.
